The Detective Who Was Afraid Of Spiders

Characters: detective, Man: Logan. The lady: Makerita

Spiders name: Kimberly

One very quiet day a detective went out looking for bugs but the only bug he was scared of was the spiders. He was so scared that he would run up and down the street for 3 days (that is a long time). The next day he meet this lady she was a very nice  lady. There was only one reason why she was there to help him become not afraid of his fear.

The next day the lady was waiting at the door she asked are “you ready” the man had replied “what for” and the lady replied “for your first day too get over your fear”  the man replied “what fear”, The lady had replied  “your fear of spiders then he replied “oh ok then lets go then”. The man went outside. The lady had saw how he was dressed he was in his pyjamas the lady told him “but before we go don’t you wanna get change first” the man had replied “oh yes I forgot I will be back in a sec ok”, she replied “ I will wait for you in the car”.

So the man went to his room to get changed, he came back and went outside to get in the car the lady said so lets start with a simple one this is the missing sector orb weaver they are really simple the missing sector orb weaver  is really cool the female is - 6.5mm and the male is 3.5mm tall and width.

Finally it was over the man just wanted to run up and down the street for 3 days as usual. He was so scared and wondered what kind of spider was she gonna give him now? He sighed Hmmm “what will i do to get away from that lady” he said, maybe I will go and ask my mum if I can live with her, so he went to his mums.

As he was at his mums he saw the lady driving up the driveway then he quickly jumped out of the car without turning the car off or putting the breaks down. The lady said I think you forgot to put the breaks down. The man was horrified he guessed now he has to stay at his mums for a couple of weeks or days. So he had to take the lessons in his mum's house so the lady came everyday to help him. The man was feeling ok the next day he had felt like he could feel butterflies.

The next day he saw a spider he didn’t feel scared at all. The lady was knocking on the door waiting for him too answer. She had to wait for a long] time then finally he answered she asked “ are you still afraid of spiders”, he had replied “well not really, but I am alright so why are you here”, She replied “ I am here to tell you that you have earnt the getting over your fear trophy”. The detective felt so great. Now he wasn’t afraid of spiders any more .

So the detective lived happily ever after.

The Investigator Who Got Lost

One very cold morning a research went out searching for things to bring back to the Scott base. Suddenly he heard some strange noises it was a hissing noise, he was getting a little bit scared, he thought it was just the wind then he heard  the sound of branches cracking. He was very scared at the same time he thought it was one of his friends trying to scare him but it didn't sound anything like her/him so he just kept being brave then he heard a ROAR!!! so he went running to a cave deep deep down in the Antarctic. So he stayed there for the night he was very cold.

The next morning the man was gone, he wasn't even in his bed  know one heard any sign from him know one got any phone calls. Everyone was worried, his friends wondered how his mum would react, she would probably be horrified and scared and wondered what would happen if they couldn’t find him. They wondered where he would go, and his friends had just remembered   he had told them that he was going for a walk last night and his friends told the rest of the investigators that he went for a walk to the forest to get some more interesting things.

After the day was gone. Everyone called everyone they knew and said that one of the investigators is missing, and  the people who knew that man, was very very scared and as he was on the phone the investigator who heard about the man who was missing was outside the scott base. Where no one could see him. It was like he was camouflage.

Finally the day has come the man who saw the investigator had handed all the information about he lost investigator. Everyone was glad he  was back. They all thought that they would never see him again. And they all lived happily ever after.

Antarctica is in the South Pole, which at the bottom of New Zealand.The Ocean Around Antarctica is the Southern Ocean.Antarctica is the Driest and coldest Continent on Earth.

No people live in Antarctica homes, the only people who go there are only reasearches . Some Animals can survive in the cold and dry weather in antarctica. These Animals are Penguins, seals, snow petrels which are birds .

Antarctica is split into two main areas which is the West Antarctica and the East Antarctica.They are split up by Trans - Antarctica mountain. Did you know that the East Antarctica is nearly 3/4 bigger than West Antarctica.

The 1st Day of Term 2

On the first day of term 2 we had immersion assembly as always. The  teachers had dressed up and team 4 teachers Miss Ouano, Mr Marks, Mr Somerville, Mr Slade, and Miss Lavakula dressed up as investigators they were investigating antarctica. 

Did you know that in antarctica there is not one person who lives there because it is just too  cold and the only people who mostly go there are investigators  who like to find out more about everything animals and what live in the sea (corals and starfishes).
